Two plans - for beginners and pros.
Do I have to give you my Steam password?
No. You confirm ownership through Steam itself and link only your SteamID, so we never see or store your password. Trading happens on a separate bot account, and the bot returns items only to the Steam account you linked.
What do I need to get started?
Three steps: pay for the subscription, link Steam, and send the bot your starting capital. A bot is assigned automatically right after payment. If every bot is busy you join the queue and we notify you as soon as one frees up.
How do I fund the bot and get my items back?
Funding is a plain trade offer to the bot with keys, metal or items, and the bot accepts it itself. To withdraw, press "Withdraw items" in the panel and the bot sends an offer to your linked Steam. Up to 100 items per withdrawal.
What happens when my subscription ends?
We warn you three days before and again a day before. Once it ends the bot stops trading and removes its buy orders, and you have 24 hours to withdraw your items from the panel. If you miss that window the remainder moves to a service account and is not lost.
Do I need my own backpack.tf account?
No. The bot trades under its own account, and you view the market and your listings straight from the panel.
Does the bot run on its own, or do I have to watch it?
On its own: it keeps buy orders up, outbids competitors, lists what it bought, reprices against the market and converts metal into keys. You set the item pool and the limits. Optionally you can require manual approval, and then every sale waits for your decision in Discord or Telegram, whichever you prefer.
Is profit guaranteed?
No, and nobody in trading will honestly promise that. Item prices move and losing trades happen. What we give you is the tooling and guardrails against obviously bad deals: by default the bot will not sell anything below what it paid.
Subscribe - your bot is issued right away. Set the parameters and watch the trades close themselves.
